SIGUS Solar Updraft Strategies Presented at ECOCITY Summit in Abu Dhabi

The "ELECTRIC CITY" concept built on our "PowerAtrium" strategy proposes a method to exploit "hot air updrafts". It was accepted for presentation at the "ECOCITY WORLD SUMMIT 2015" in Abu Dhabi, 11-13 October.  The conference is a collaborative platform for researchers and academia, and aims to advance the state of thinking and to inspire the next generation of ideas, projects and strategies for ecocities of the future.  Ahmad E. Alozn of Masdar Institute, one of the partners in the SIGUS development team, presented the ongoing research of our group from MIT, Masdar, Singapore and Nanjing.
